An exciting and fun dance style using body isolations and varied rhythmic accents danced to popular music. Dance students work to achieve strength and flexibility with excellent alignment and a keen sense of co-ordination. Classes consist of a Warm-up (breathing & stretching), Technique (learning dance moves with proper body alignment), and Choreography (putting together dances) The Dance we teach is a mixture of strong technique with a diverse vocabulary borrowed from hip-hop, music videos and musicals.
